Turck CMVT measures vibration and temperature directly on motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes and centrifuges. The sensor generates warnings itself and sends them via IO-Link or a switching output, with no additional hardware. Imbalance, misalignment and wear show up earlier, so maintenance can be planned.

Vibration and temperature measurement on the machine

Two measurements in one sensor
One sensor measures vibration and temperature directly on the machine, which reduces installation work.

Alerts without complex logic
The sensor preprocesses the data itself and delivers key values and threshold alerts. Thresholds are set according to ISO 10816-3 or freely.

IO-Link and switching outputs
Suitable both for retrofitting existing machines and for new systems. The 4-20 mA models also connect to controllers without IO-Link.

TAS Vibration Monitor
The app shows live data in a web browser and simplifies parameter setup and diagnostics.
