Vibration sensor CMVT-M8TE1X-LI2IOL-H1141, 48 g peak, 0...256 mm/s, BLOB 64 kHz, IO-Link and 4-20mA, M8 thread, IP67

CMVT-M8TE1X-LI2IOL-H1141 is a stainless steel vibration and temperature sensor with an M8 screw-in thread and a 64 kHz sampling rate. It is intended for rotating machine parts where rising vibration indicates bearing wear or imbalance; the sensor screws into the bearing housing along the axis where the vibration is expected.

• Outputs: pin 4 - IO-Link or SIO, pin 2 - 4...20 mA or SIO; IO-Link COM 3 (230.4 kBaud)

Besides the aggregated RMS values the sensor outputs a bearing condition indicator and transfers the raw signal over IO-Link BLOB at up to 64 kHz with a low-pass filter at 12 kHz. FFT analysis can therefore be done off the sensor - on the controller or a server. Frequency ranges and thresholds are configurable over IO-Link.

MTTF 112 years to SN 29500 (Ed. 99) at 40°C. Shock tested to EN 60068-2-27.
