Vibration sensor CMVT-M8TA1X-LI2IOL-H1141, 10 g, 0...128 mm/s, IO-Link and 4-20mA, M8 thread, M12, IP67

CMVT-M8TA1X-LI2IOL-H1141 is a stainless steel vibration and temperature sensor with an M8 screw-in thread, measuring over one axis at a 23.6 kHz sampling rate. It is intended for rotating machine parts where rising vibration indicates bearing wear or imbalance; the sensor screws into the bearing housing along the axis where the vibration is expected.

• Outputs: pin 4 - IO-Link or SIO, pin 2 - 4...20 mA or SIO; IO-Link COM 2 (38.4 kBaud)
• Supply: 18...30 VDC, consumption < 120 mA in IO-Link mode

Frequency ranges and switching thresholds are configurable over IO-Link, so only the band in which a given machine's fault appears has to be watched. The 4...20 mA output on pin 2 carries the same quantity in analogue form, so the sensor connects to a controller with no IO-Link master.
