Humidity and temperature sensor CMTH-M12-IOL6X2-H1141/3GD, ATEX 3G/3D, -40...+100°C, 0...100 % RH, IO-Link, M12

CMTH-M12-IOL6X2-H1141/3GD is a capacitive humidity and temperature sensor for condition monitoring in the ATEX version for zones 2 and 22. It is intended for machine parts where temperature or humidity affects machine availability or process quality, and suits both indoor and outdoor use.

Over IO-Link a temperature offset is configurable and switching thresholds or windows can be set for temperature and humidity. The sensor calculates the dew point, builds temperature and humidity histograms and counts operating hours and threshold transitions. A green LED shows the supply.

Meets CE and UL requirements. EMC to EN 61326-1, shock to IEC 60068-2-27 (50 g, 6 ms), vibration to IEC 60068-2-6 (10...150 Hz, 20 g). MTTF 610 years.
