SD50 Wireless Communication Kit with DXMR90 Controller and R70SR Radio

The Banner SD50 Wireless Communication Kit enables fast, clear messaging across industrial facilities without complex wiring. This starter kit includes one DXMR90 controller, one R70SR radio, and one SD50 display. Additional SD50 displays can be added to expand the system to multiple locations.

DXMR90-X1E Industrial Controller - Network hub supporting EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, PROFINET, and MQTT/Sparkplug B protocols. IP67/IP68 rated with dual M12 Ethernet ports. 12-30V DC power supply.

R70SR2MQ Serial Data Radio - 2.4 GHz multihop wireless radio with 65mW output. RS-485 interface, internal antenna, IP65 rated. Supports point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, star, and tree topologies.

SD50P300WSR2QP Wireless Status Display - 300mm white LED display (8×96 pixels) with RGB indicators. Configure wirelessly via Pro Editor software without coding. IP65 polycarbonate housing. 12-30V DC.

Configuration Options:

• Discrete models: Configure via Pro Editor - define text, colors, animations without coding or PLC programming
• IO-Link models: Integrate with IO-Link networks for remote diagnostics and standardized connectivity
• Wireless models: Configure through Modbus registers, update messages as conditions change

Expandable System: Add multiple SD50 displays to communicate across different zones, production lines, or departments using the same controller and radio infrastructure.
