Controller K31HCRR, TC/Pt100/mV, 2 relay outputs, 100-240VAC

K31HCRR is an Ascon Tecnologic K31 panel controller in a 78 x 35 mm case for thermocouple, Pt100 and mV input. It is the controller version, without timer and programmer: control is ON/OFF, neutral zone or PID with single or double action, with self-tuning and two autotuning algorithms, and up to four setpoints can be stored.

• Input: thermocouple J, K, S, R, T and infrared J/K, 3-wire Pt100, 0/10...50 mV, 0/12...60 mV; accuracy ±0.5% fs + 1 digit
• Outputs: OUT1 and OUT2 relay SPDT 8 A-AC1 (3 A-AC3/250 Vac); 2 digital inputs for volt-free contacts
• Communication: TTL ModBus
• Supply: 100...240 Vac, approx. 6 VA; auxiliary output 12 Vdc/20 mA
• Case: 78 x 35 mm, depth 64 mm, panel cut-out 71 x 29 mm; 4-digit red display, 12 mm, with 3-LED bargraph
• Environment: IP65 front with gasket, 0...50 °C, 20...85% RH without condensation

The two changeover relays can be used for heating and cooling with double-action PID, or for control plus an alarm.
