Isolating switching amplifier IM12-22EX-R, 2-channel, 2 relays NO, 20-125VDC/20-250VAC

IM12-22EX-R is a 2-channel TURCK isolating switching amplifier with intrinsically safe input circuits and two relay outputs, each with one NO contact. Front switches set the output mode (NO/NC) and signal multiplexing, where channel 1 drives both outputs.

• Channels: 2 inputs for NAMUR sensors (EN 60947-5-6) or potential-free contacts
• Outputs: 2 relays, 1 NO each, 30 V DC / 250 V AC, ≤2 A, ≤500 VA / 60 W
• Supply: 20...125 V DC / 20...250 V AC (40...70 Hz)
• Housing: polycarbonate/ABS, 104 x 18 x 110 mm, DIN rail (NS35) or panel mounting
• Connection: screw terminals, 1 x 2.5 mm² / 2 x 1.5 mm²
• Environment: IP20, -25...+70 °C

Used to pass NAMUR sensor or potential-free contact signals from a hazardous area to a relay input in the control cabinet. A green Pwr LED shows readiness and a yellow LED shows the output switching state.

Approvals: ATEX, IECEx, cUL, cFM, CSA, TR CU; for use in Zone 2.
