Plug-in module TX-IO-XX03, 20 DI, 12 DO, 4 AI, 4 AO

TX-IO-XX03 is a plug-in I/O module for TURCK TX700 HMI/PLC devices with 20 digital inputs, 12 digital outputs, four universal analogue inputs for voltage, current, RTD and thermocouples, and four analogue outputs for voltage or current.

• Digital inputs: 20 x 24 VDC, PNP, input delay 0.05 ms (S inputs) / 0.0002 ms (E inputs)
• Digital outputs: 12 x 24 VDC, PNP, 0.5 A per channel, simultaneity factor 0.23, short-circuit protected
• Analogue inputs: 4, 12 bit; ±100 mV...±10 V, 0...10 V, 0/4...20 mA, RTD -100...+850 °C (2-, 3-, 4-wire), thermocouple E, J, K, R, S, T; basic error 0.1 % at 25 °C
• Analogue outputs: 4, 12 bit; ±10 V (load > 1 kΩ) or 0...20 mA (load < 470 Ω)
• Supply: 24 VDC (12...30 VDC), I/O optically isolated at 1500 V rms
• Housing: metal, 125.2 x 89.3 x 33.7 mm; pluggable 10-pin spring terminal strips, 3.5 mm pitch
• Environment: IP20, 0...+50 °C, 5...85 % RH non-condensing

Fits the expansion slots of TX700 HMI/PLC devices and the TX700S gateway. The I/O are handled by the CODESYS PLC in the HMI. Thermocouple cold junction compensation is external, through a Pt100 on the compensation input. On the 5" TX705 and the TX700S gateway the module needs the TX-EXTEND adapter.
