Effective monitoring of deep wells is essential to optimize water consumption, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure compliance with operational standards. The system provides accurate, real-time data on key parameters, allowing water management operators to make informed decisions and prevent costly failures.

By combining industrial sensors, PLC controllers, and signal converters, the solution ensures precise data acquisition, remote monitoring, and seamless integration into existing SCADA or cloud systems.

What the system monitors

Key monitored parameters

Level

Dynamic and static water levels in the deep well.

Pressure and flow

Pressure monitoring and flow measurements, including current flow rate.

Temperature

Water temperature measurements for long-term monitoring.

Pump operation

Frequency converter output (Hz) and pump revolutions (RPM).

How it works

From the sensor in the deep well to data in SCADA or the cloud

The sensor measures in the deep well

The submersible LMP 307T sensor continuously measures water level and temperature and outputs a 4–20 mA signal.

The signal is converted to digital format

The Banner S15C converts the 4–20 mA analog signal to Modbus RTU (RS485) digital communication, simplifying input.

PLC reads and controls

The Turck TBEN-L5 PLC reads data via Modbus and performs real-time control even in harsh environmental conditions (IP67/IP69K).

Data goes to SCADA or the cloud

The system integrates into existing SCADA or cloud systems for remote monitoring and reporting.
