- High-Frequency Enveloping (HFE) isolates weak, early-stage faults like bearing wear typically hidden by dominant low-frequency signals.
- 6–5300 Hz frequency range supports fault detection from slow-speed shaft misalignment to high-speed gearbox gear mesh issues.
- Adjustable Fmax balances resolution and range, enabling focused detection of low-frequency faults or full-spectrum monitoring.
- High-speed sampling (4096 samples/axis) improves precision, capturing subtle vibration events with greater clarity.
