AR407/S1/P/P/P/P/IP65 is an APAR panel recorder that collects and logs up to 16 channels from AR43x wireless sensors over 868 MHz, from Modbus RTU devices on RS485, from Modbus TCP devices on Ethernet and from one wired temperature probe. It has a 320x240 colour touch screen in a 96x96 mm case.

The recorder is the receiver for APAR wireless sensors: it stores the readings, shows them on screen and on a web page, and switches its outputs on alarm. Sensors are ordered separately. The free ARsoft-LOG and ARsoft-CFG (Windows) read the archives and set parameters over USB, RS485 or Ethernet.

AR654/S1/P/P/P/P/IP65 is an APAR four-channel universal controller with built-in data recording, in a 96x96 mm panel case with a 320x240 colour touch screen. Each of the four outputs runs its own ON-OFF, PID with auto-tuning or 12-step program, on any input or on the difference, sum or average of inputs.

Current values, output states and trends are visible in a web browser on the LAN, and the free ARsoft-LOG and ARsoft-CFG (Windows) read the archives and set parameters. Analogue outputs and binary inputs need the optional W module, which this version does not have.

AR431 is an APAR battery-powered wireless temperature sensor that sends readings over 868 MHz to an AR40x series recorder. Range is up to 200 m in open space, extendable to 400 m when USB-powered sensors act as repeaters.

Up to 16 sensors report to one recorder, which stores, displays and alarms on their readings - the sensor is not usable without it. Sensors with the retransmission function do not work in older systems without it; combining them means reprogramming every device in the system.

AR593 is an APAR programmable transmitter and signal isolator for 35 mm DIN rail. It converts an RTD, thermocouple, mA, V, mV or resistance input into a current and a voltage output at the same time, with 1.5 kV isolation between input, output and supply.

Factory setting is Pt100, 0...500 °C, 4-20 mA and 0-10 V; another input or range is set with an APAR programmer, or by APAR when specified with the order (e.g. AR593 / J / 0..20 mA / 100..600 °C). The current output is active and cannot be used in a loop-powered 2-wire circuit. A red LED shows range exceedance, sensor fault or alarm.

AR956 is an APAR USB programmer for configuring APAR devices from a PC with ARsoft-CFG. It also powers AR59x, AR58x and AR55x transmitters from the USB port, so a transmitter can be set up on the bench without a separate 24 V supply.

AR715/S1/P/P/WA is an APAR panel meter that is set up as a flow meter with totaliser, pulse counter, encoder counter, batch dispenser or frequency meter. Two pulse inputs take NPN or PNP open-collector or contact (reed) signals, and the built-in 24 V supply powers the flow meter or encoder directly.

• Measurement: flow and total, pulse count, speed and position from an incremental encoder, dosing, frequency

Extra inputs S (count enable), R (reset) and B (programmable) let a PLC or push-button start, stop and zero a batch without the keypad. The totaliser holds 10 digits with sign. This version has no RS485; parameters are set from the keypad or through the PRG port with an APAR programmer.

AR653.B/P/P/P/WA is an APAR two-channel universal controller in a 96x48 mm panel case. Each input accepts an RTD, thermocouple, mA, V, mV or resistance signal, and the controller can regulate on either input or on the difference, sum or average of the two - for example a supply and return temperature difference.

Parameters are set from the front keypad, or from a PC with ARsoft-CFG through the PRG port and an APAR programmer, which also copies a complete parameter set to the next controller. This version has no RS485 interface.
